I have been calling and leaving messages, lack of acknowledgement. When I finally got ahold of someone they told me that they would return my call the following week when they were in my area.. this happened twice. I wanted a full home renovation. Clearly they missed out.. Incredibly unprofessional.
Richard's mobile home service came today 3/22/24 to install my new back door. The two installers Jaime and Ed were very prompt and very meticulous in their work.it was a outstanding install process. The pricing was great and working with Richard was a very pleasant process .A huge thanks to the entire team.I will be contacting them for future projects. Richards replaced our MH roof (Excellent Job) 18 months ago. Called him to come seal up 2 vents that had leaked during the recent torrential rain on Labor Day weekend. Kudos to Richard for responding to my frantic email on a SUNDAY & work completed on Wednesday. Wonderful Customer Service!
I'm very happy to recommend Richards Mobile Home Service! I found Richard easy to work with, responsive and offered reasonable pricing. The crews were pleasant, polite, professional and did great work. Richard told me my house was going to look like new when everything was done--it does!
