I have dealt Richards Mechanical for years. They have done work on my house and all my rental property. The do excellent work and very trusted. They are one review posted here from a "Sabine Pabst" about this company. It is completely wrong and the person has received bad information from someone that didn't know what the were talking about. They accused this company of not registering their new HVAC units which was installed in rental property to receive the 10 year warranty. I used to use this company, but quickly found out that the workmanship and trouble shooting was not acceptable. They installed several units for our rental business apt. 5 years ago. They didn't apply for the extended warranty, which was free and would have added 5 more yrs. Two of those units had to be replaced already. The initial investment might be low, but you pay for it at the end.

BEST HVAC SERVICE! After 2 weeks of having no heat in December and calling 3 different HVAC service businesses, my husband and I called Richards Mechanical. Mr. Richards was professional, on time, and provided excellent service. After identifying the problem with our former system, he replaced our inefficient, outdated unit with brand new, more efficient indoor and outdoor units in a timely manner.
