Pinewoods apartment's Maintenance is virtually unexistent in these buildings. I recently helped somebody move in. the bathroom was not cleaned the kitchen was not cleaned the carpeting had been freshly laid down and never vacuumed so it was dirty. The work is done on that place is substandard to the extreme. I moved these people into a place where the back door has got a quarter inch Gap due to that the frame has been busted and filled in with plaster I could knock that door down with two fingers.
