The tech cane out about an hour after I called. He was very professional and helpful. He checked everything, tested it out and found the issue. I really appreciate the respective service and knowledge Definitely recommend and will use Richards again in the future if I need HAVC help
We had to take a leap of faith to replace a lemon heat pump that had been improperly installed by a disreputable HVAC contractor. This person not only installed a lemon for the previous owners of our home, but then attempted to gouge us with exorbitant labor costs for warrantied replacement parts after we purchased the home. I called at 8:54 am on a Friday morning. The tech showed up at 11:00 am! Talk about fast. They had the air up and running in less than 15mins! Excellent customer service and a quick response. Highly recommend…..Ty
