They are on top of people as soon as you walk. Be less aggressive. If you need help I will ask. Secondly, I like to know the cost of the product and not need a price check. Everything should be priced.
I was looking for a new battery for our home alarm system, and discovered that there are very few hardware stores in our area (and a local one which is closing down said that Home Depot doesn't have these batteries, but directed me to Richard's). Both Tiffany and Dave were extremely helpful. They didn't have the battery, but knew where I could get it - Batteries and Bulbs on Pines Boulevard - and Tiffany even got directions for me, and said she could order the battery if necessary.
