My name is Irma Stevens I was a patient of Dr Bryson Richards cosmetics. Im am very pleased with my procedure and all the staff that attended to me while I had my procedure done. I would highly recommend this Dr and the facility for anyone looking to have any procedure done! Love myself!
Dr Richards was very professional and did a great job!! The entire staff there is incredible. Cadia was unbelievable throughout the entire process and Steph at the front desk was wonderful. Very grateful for everyone there. Highly recommend!! Nora gave me a hydro facial and my skin was glowing so I plan on doing it again before my wedding and Jordan who I also met with was great. Can’t say enough good things about them :)

Stay away from this place!!!! The receptionist girls have a horrible attitude. Head lasers done somewhere else, Decided to come to try this the worse experience !!! do yourself a favor and stay away. You’re not going to get no results and not even a pleasant experience here. I’m a cosmetic procedure and treatments lover this place the worst in Vegas stay away. Put your money in way nicer and better places in town.
Amazing experience with Dr. Richard and his team! After thinking about this for 7 years, I finally decided to do my tummy tuck—and I’m so happy I did. The results are better than I imagined, and Dr. Richard truly did a fantastic job. The whole process was smooth, professional, and supportive, and the price was very reasonable. I’m so grateful to Dr. Richard and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering it!
