Customer service is terrible. Slow, disorganized. One day it takes 15 minutes to order 3 pcs of siding, he took 2 phone calls during my order. Next day I came in, I stand there for about 10 minutes while he takes 2 phone calls, never even greeted me! I walked out and don't care to do business with people like that!
Good products. Nice people. I don't think it's good business to charge extra for immediate payment by card though.
