FCFS unloading 👎🏼. After waiting around 30 min for the guy to finish rearranging his pallets in the yard he pulled ahead the guy behind me to unload him first. My time matters the same as the others 👎🏼
Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service
I went to this store to do a return because they gave me the wrong material. I was supposed to receive 6" gutter hangers, but instead, they gave me a 5" set. One of the warehouse employees was quite abrasive, rude and aggressive. I tried explaining why I wanted to return the material, but he gave a hard time still. After being a customer of Richards Supply for over 10 years, I honestly did not expect to be treated so poorly.
