Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service
I went to this store to do a return because they gave me the wrong material. I was supposed to receive 6" gutter hangers, but instead, they gave me a 5" set. One of the warehouse employees was quite abrasive, rude and aggressive. I tried explaining why I wanted to return the material, but he gave a hard time still. After being a customer of Richards Supply for over 10 years, I honestly did not expect to be treated so poorly. 45 minutes full truck unloading. Good job. In and out no waiting.
Awful place to come to nobody is even aware you are there to pick up material I go inside and ask why isn’t anyone helping me they say you have to get their attention. You mean to tell me I come here pay for material I have to go to the yard and walk around to try to find someone to help me? Last time I come here front desk lady is all cocky give it up lady you suck they jus be hiring anyone now days
Such a great place to buy material from. Warehouse is quick and the inside girls are always so helpful.
