Richards put a lien on my home in 2019 after extending credit to a contractor that was not paying their bills. Why would they continue to do this?? Because there is a law saying if that Contractor does not pay they can come after the homeowners. This is exactly what they did. I paid the contractor in full for supplies and services so was completely in shock when I got a letter a year later from this place saying they put a lien on my home and demanding money for supplies.
