LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and Dr Richards! My kids have been going to his office from the start. The staff is so kind and understanding about the fear of the process. The communication is A+. My kids will continue to be patients of the office until they can't any longer

Dr. Richards and his staff, especially Cassie, have been amazing with my kids. They take time to make my children feel comfortable. My kids love to go to the dentist, which is huge as they never liked the dentist before we starting going to Dr. Richards. They take time to explain things to the parents and they really advocate for the best interests of their patients.
Doesn't tip at all for Door dash deliveries.
I went there until I was about 12 and I still have trauma responses to smells and tastes of that place. It might seem nice from a parental perspective but the service was horrible. My adult dentists office is more professional and attentive. From what I remember, the dentist is fine but the dental hygienists gossiped with each other the entire time and acted like we (the children) weren’t there. If your child says they have a bad experience at this dentist or any dentist, listen to them. They might have sincere concerns. As ... read more
