I mean... I've never been in, called to ask a question and not sure who i spoke to but they kind of came across as an a-hole for me just asking a simple question. every review i have read says he's a stand up guy though, so I'll probably stop in and give another chance, but that's the only reason is because everyone says he's great. I'll give feedback and give a better star rating accordingly.

This is the place you go to get great information and service. Its the closest you can get to an old school gun store with great knowledge and service. Richard takes a great deal of pride in keeping his shop squared away. Thanks for the great customer service.

Richards Armory was an awesome experience. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business there in the future. The store was clean and very organized. It was nice to speak to a gun dealer that didn't have that typical gun dealer snob attitude!!!
