Have had them out for service twice and both times they were on time and got the job done in a very reasonable period of time. I would seriously consider buying an appliance form them should one of mine fail.
My stove was damaged when it arrived. It took two trips by the service guy to finally get all of the parts on. He stripped, over torked a burner screw and snapped it. That was three months ago. Still waiting for a single "special" screw. I bought this in November 2014. It is now April 2015.
Richards came 3 hours after I called, had parts on the truck, fixed more then I called about. Scott was our repair man and an awesome guy. Highly recommend this business ...
