In March 2021 I suffered a very severe ankle fracture, separating my foot from my leg. I was taken to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center ER. I don’t know if he was the orthopedist on call or he was called in specifically due to the severity of my trauma as he specialized in ankles, but I am most fortunate to have met Dr. Richard Zell.
