Okay, so my visit with all staff members was great. In spite of my pain and needing surgery I had them laughing. I didn’t meet Dr Williams personally per se but I did speak to him when my nurse opened my door to communicate with him. But like I told him just expect to have laughs and fun on Monday, my scheduled surgery date. The office was clean and all staff members I encountered were nice and friendly. Dr. Williams and Staff in back are Great! There’s always issues with receptionist, only one in particular. The younger one is always great! Nice, Professional, Polite and Respectful! The older one for whatever reason there is always something. It’s not just her rudeness it’s things like having Me down as a completely different person.
