Richard helped me stop foreclosure on my home following my divorce. Not only that but he also was able to help me get rid of my second mortgage which actually was able to get the home down to what it's actually worth. He was very pleasant and casual, even personally calling me back instead of just waiting for paralegals (and most of the time my other divorce lawyer never returned my calls) So I realize that it was great that Mr Weaver actually returned my calls. love these guys. been a pleasure working with you. Richard is a top notch attorney, i filed with another attorney and my ch 13 was thrown out. Needless to say I was frustrated as it was over something that apparently was fairly trivial. But my attorney didn't even come forward and say what she did wrong. Mr Weaver didn't bash my old attorney, but from what I heard from others later, it was clearly not something that would have happened under his watch as he makes sure to add the IRS as a creditor on these things automaticall... read more
