I met with Pete and he was so professional and understanding...He explained everything to me so that I understood the legality of my case....I spoke to Taj a several occasions and he was very helpful as well...I would recommend this attorney to anyone that needed a bankruptcy attorney...
These guys are great. Mr Weaver - Richard--, he helped us when others were slow or unresponsive. I couldn't get anyone to help with the situation we were in, but these guys went the distance and talked with me and my husband at 11:30 at night for like an hour. Very helpful, the trustee asked us why we filed in Fort Worth when we live in Dallas and I was like...let me tell you why!!! Richard and Jane were great to work wtih, thanks again
glad i chose to work with Richard and his team it's been a rough road, but they were so kind to me. it was no question, i had a list of 4 companies to call, i tore up the slips of paper on which i had written the numbers for the other companies once i spoke to them. very glad about that decision!
770 credit score these years later thanks to him I told my sister that I trust Mr Weaver. He told me years ago when I was doing a bankruptcy because of some serious medical issues that I shouldn't reaffirm some debt. I said I wanted to and he told me I was crazy, and to trust him and I would be glad later. Now that I have stellar credit again (a 770 credit score) I am certainly thanking him!
