Great Food We really enjoy eating at Richard Walker's Pancake House. I think my favorite are the Potato Pancakes, they are awesome. I always have to take some home as I can't possibly eat the whole portion they serve. The staff is friendly and the food is good.
Richard Walker's Pancake House is great If you want a nice breakfast this is the place to go. The omelettes are huge and the belgium waffles are delicious. They also have an extensive lunch menu. The wait staff is very friendly and fast
Best darn thing in Crystal Lake My husband and I both LOVE Richard Walker's. I can't talk enough about the pancakes. They are the REAL thing. However, expect to be wowed by the spanish omelet and other fine breakfasts available. The coffee was amazing as well!
Quality food Richard Walker's has great breakfast and lunch food. They use quality ingredients, and the preparation is always consistent and tasty. The omlettes and crepes are my favorites!
Great Pancakes This is such a great place to eat. Great for the family or great for a casual date. The german pancakes are huge and sweet. And they serve whipping cream for the coffee. They serve all kinds of breakfast items. My friend had the apple pancake which was the size of a small pizza. And it was very good and very sweet. They are very clean and service is fast, fast, fast. Destination Restaurant!! this is by far our favorite breakfast place. The service and food is just top notch. I've never been disappointed by anything other than the wait at times....it is such a popular restaurant. The special entrees are out of this world. check out the menu online.
If you love pancakes... This restaurant specializes in serving pancakes. They have a whole menu devoted to different varieties of pancakes. The portions are huge...so two people can share one menu item. It is a great place to go, not only for breakfast, but all throughout the day. They also serve other menu items, but if you're going to make the trip, I recommend ordering the pancakes.
