Dr. Rafael has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is kind, caring and extremely clear and to the point. I never left his office wondering. We went through a few surgeries and never had more than average worry. I wish he was still working but am happy that he was able to retire and hopefully enjoy his time. He really is more of a 10 star doctor.
Dr. Rafael was my physician until he retired. He is one of the most caring physicians I have had in my long life.He was always there for me on a kind and caring way. He was knowledgeable and solved many of my issues.I loved his reassuring ways. If there was an issue, he called me on the phone. He will be missed by his patients. He understood that caring, kindness and interest is a big part of the cure. Enjoy retirement!
Excellent Doctor!! I was in so much pain, saw him for the first time on a Thursday. He diagnosed the problem, had emergency surgery the very next day. Long story short...He fixed me in just two days! No long drawn out appointments. I was really in great hands, and you will be too if you choose him. Guaranteed.
I have being a patient of Dr Raphael for 18 y plus. Recently I had an abnormal finding. The kindness and professional care of Dr Raphael provided was a God sent. Thank you again dr Richard Rafael!
My experience with Dr. Rafael and his staff are amazing. The girls in the office are always kind and compassionate, and Dr. Rafael has an amazing bedside manner, he has always called me back with any questions and thanks to him, my suffering is OVER. I will recommend him to anybody looking for a Gyn in Reno.
If I could give 6 stars I would
I just had a hysterectomy and Dr. Rafael was my surgeon. He is very calm and patient and explains thoroughly. It was comforting and made me less nervous. He told me exactly what to expect before and after. He checked up on me and made sure everything was good! Great experience.
I have seen Dr. Rafael several times and each time have been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. During my last exam, he noted a problem outside his field and facilitated me to be seen by a specialist immediately. The problem turned out to be colorectal cancer but due to his diligence and fast action we caught it early enough that it should be treated fairly easily. Thanks to Dr. Rafael, I will be able to enjoy life and make memories with my family for many more years!
Dr. Rafael was recommended to me by another doctor. He will always take time to listen to you health problems, or your specific needs. He will always call you about lab work, or questions that he has about your care. Dr. Rafael has also done surgery on me, and it was very successful. I feel that he is a fantastic doctor. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Rafael and would take time with their patients.
