Richard is by far the most amazing broker we've ever worked with, as a self employed individual I've been thru 5 brokers and none of them had the work ethic plus the knowledge this guy has. My boyfriend and I were in a situation where we had enough savings for a down payment, but weren't quite sure what we'd be approved for considering our incomes.
