I have been a patient at Dousman Dental over ten years. I look forward to my visits. I feel at home along with knowing that my care is a top priority of the staff. Jen is my hygienist. She is a joy to be around. Today, Dr. Goral checked my teeth. He takes time to tell you what is happening while he is looking at you and making sure you hear and understand what he is saying. I want to share my experience at Dousman Family Dental so others are aware. During my initial visit, I went in for a specific cavity to be filled. The dentist filled more than what I had asked for and put me in a position where I felt forced to pay for additional fillings without my consent while my mouth was compromised and I was unable to speak clearly. Everything about Dousman Family Dentistry is a solid 5 star. From the communication in making your 1st appointment, including everyone at the reception counter, billing, dental assistants and hygienists. Then there's Dr Goral.. A Dentist who actually listens to what your trying to achieve and actually does it. Yep they have really high tech equipment but it's Dr Gorals attitude and knowledge that made all the difference for me. Almost a complete upper partial with a perfect fit the first time.
