Dr. Packard and his staff are very knowledgeable and couldn’t be nicer. They immediately took the time to help both my wife and I in our times of need. I would highly recommend Premium Vision Care.
One of the arms of my glasses broke two days before leaving for the summer. Javier and his team at premium Vision Care provided exceptional customer service. The Glasses were replaced and mailed to me in Seattle all within 10 days and at no charge. Exceptional customer service is hard to find and I’m so grateful to have them in our community
I’ve been with Dr. packard for about 4 years now. I’ve not once had a bad experience. He’s funny he’s knowledgeable and always has the most trendy glasses. I also want to mention Javier. I think he started 4-6 months ago and I just recently went in to get new glasses and he was the one to help me from start to finish. He showed me some new technology that they just started using that digitally figured out where the prescription needs to go in the lense.
