I cannot recommend this "professional" to anybody dealing with mental health issues and learning to control your triggers and how you respond I explained one of my triggers in an earlier appointment (which was money, having been fired from my job for being in a mental health hospital i had 0 income but had to attend these sessions), fast forward about 2 weeks and he makes a snide comment about catching up with payments with him TO START THE SESSION. Completely unprofessional and damaging.
Would have appreciated some help. Thank you regardless.
Rich is my safe place. I have agoraphobia and HATE leaving my house unless I know that driving’s 30 minutes each way will get me an hour. He’s the most loving and compassionate man. I respect him so much and hope to have him in my life forever and not just for 60 minute at a time.
