Its hard finding a good realtor and Rich is definitely one of the good ones. Most realtors just want to make that sale and they don't care if the house is right for you or a good purchase, they just want to get to close. Rich will go to as many houses as you need to find the right one like he did for me and years later he helped me sell that house and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great service and advice.
