Great Doctor..Very through good experience
I've been a patient of Dr. Townsend since 1989. He has always been compassionate and down to earth when I see him. He explains everything in a manner that is easily understood. He doesn't seem rushed. He's willing to answer questions. I have recommended him to friends and family. All of them have become his patients. He is an asset to the medical field.

Dr Townsend has been our family doctor for over 16 yrs. I worked for him before that for a short time, Best Doctor I have ever worked for, He always took care of his staff. He is very thorough and takes his time at every visit. He sits and listens and asks a lot of questions so that he can provide the best care possible.
I could never speak highly enough of Doctor Richard Townsend. Transferring from my doctor when I moved to Richardson was difficult. My husband however was a patient here and recommended him. Perfect move, so easy and comfortable from day one. He is understanding, easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable and open to speak with him about everything. Well I'm from MS, but I moved to Houston in March 2017...... So Hurricane Harvey ran me to Dallas. I am so thankful i chose this office. What great staff and doctor. Hes a one of a kind and Mary was so caring. Ill be going there as long as im in Dallas. Their compassion and care sold me on the 1st visit! Whoop Whoop!
Obviously Dan from FL doesn't see Dr. Townsend in Richardson. He spends more time with me than any doctor I have ever had. Amazing staff and beautiful office!
