Richard was absolutely amazing! We planned on putting our house on the market March 1, 2024. We had a small issue that the contractor made into a HUGE problem, didn't get on the market until November because of everything. Richard was there for us EVERY step of the way with suggestions and guidance. He even regularly checked on the house for us because we moved two states away. He was phenomenal.
