I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tipperman for cataract surgery. I had both eyes done but had a rather complicated case in one eye. He took on the challenge, and the result was 20/20 vision. Don’t be afraid! The whole experience is pleasant. I highly recommend the PanOptix tri-focal lens. After 50 years, I am completely free of glasses or contacts. You need to pay a small upcharge for the tri-focal lens but what is more important than crystal clear vision at close, medium and far distances? No more reading glasses! You can... read more

very pleasant experience for several years. Super office staff and Dr. Lee is very personable. However after my cataract surgery on both eyes (including a full charge upgrade on the right eye) my vision in both eyes kept deteriorating. I went back to Dr. Lee several times for an explanation why and his response was to wait it out as there was a good chance my vision would improve. After not getting a response I could hang any certainty on I got a referral to Wills Eye where Macular Degeneration was immediately diagnosed. I a... read more

My 85 year old mother in law had a 1:30 appt. We arrived around 1pm and she finally saw Dr Pro at 4pm. While waiting in the waiting area for 2.5hrs I observed the front desk staff watching tv. I suggested maybe calling to let patients know they’re running 2.5 hours behind before they get here and have to wait in the warm lobby. (They pretty much laughed… “We don’t do that”.). When she finally saw Dr Pro we expressed concern about the extremely long wait times and he very rudely said “Look, I can see you now or you can come b... read more

They don't answer phone calls and do not call back. Don't bother wasting your time.

Busy office, I had initial visit and was happy with the professionalism shown in the review of my medical documents, the examination and the plan of care. As a healthcare provider now in the position of being a patient, I felt I could trust the recommendations for the care of my condition.

After reading so many stellar reviews about Marlene Moster, I was surprised to have had a very different experience. Moster was cavalier about the condition of my eyes and minimized my concern over losing vision. She tries too hard to be "funny", and then scolded me for feeling scared and anxious. Then, because she was going away on vacation, she foisted me off on a less experienced surgeon to do the surgery.

Staff at Presidential Blvd office was rude and obnoxious. Specifically female with head scarf.

Dr Moster is the best! She would be successful in anything she choose to do. Thank goodness she chose Ophthalmology. Too, the staff is terrific. In any organization it’s all about the tone at the top. So it doesn’t surprise me that the staff is just like Dr Moster. Perfect!
