I've been to too many urologists but Dr. Kershen is by far the best experience I've had. His nurse assistant made a very unpleasant test comfortable.
Without going into details, I’ve been looking for a second opinion and had asked around with colleagues and friends. Dr. Kershen was very highly recommended and all of that proved true. Not only is he congenial and patient and thoughtful but his entire staff were very helpful. (I do wish that the building was a bit more accessible; it’s a long walk to get there.) but everyone was incredibly kind. And I need to mention that his recommendations have been immediately impactful and helpful.
Dr. Kershen is very professional and kind and did an excellent job in reviewing my issues and came up with a possible solution. Nurse Shannon is also very good, she treated me with patience respect and compassion.
