Stay far away from the money hungry doctor! Hes a lunatic . Had nerve surgery in December. He had the nerve to call be the day before surgery telling me he needed another surgeon in the room with an out of pocket expense of $500 dollars. When i called to question this, the office was closed. Before surgery ,the receptionist asked for the check. I briefly met the surgeon who thought i was having bunion surgery. Horrible experience/bedside manner is really unacceptable. I would never recommend this practice. Especially as a woman, and a person of color my pain was completely minimized.
DO NOT go to this office - it is not worth the stress you'll feel for years to come. Dr. Braver is fine as a doctor, but beware of the office and their billing department. I have not been to this office in years and when I left, I was accidentally overcharged and had a credit on my account (I still have the statement from 2 years ago saying there is a credit on my account). Dr.Braver is the best. Just recommended him to a friend. Had brutal foot pain making it hard to walk. Dr.Braver's treatment plan started improvement in a short while 3-4 weeks. When I returned to follow up, he asked my pain level, which went from an 8 to a 3. He responded that he won't be satisfied till it's a 0! Happy to say he accomplished that! Great staff, highly recommend!
