I had no problem with this company until I had to deal with the incredibly rude recptionest she had an additude right off the bat for me complaining that my apartment was FILLED with mold even when I told them I had no problem paying my past due rent they continued to be completely unprofessional and defensive of their absolutely disgusting apartments cutting me off in the middle of my sentences on top of that their maintenance is a complete joke wont do anything I had a wooden plank as my window and a broken screen door the... read more
Very friendly love to have brandi and daniel as managers they work with you in time of need if they can
I think anyone who has or having a bad experience with stropes should all get together and go to the city and file complaints
