I did not get to see the dentist. My experience stopped at Ashley who answered the phone. I sent over my insurance the day before the appointment per her request. She called me back asking was it Medicaid. It states in big, bold writing United Concordia/BCBSLA. I said, "No." She preceded to say that they don't take Medicaid. I repeated that it was not Medicaid. She said that it says on the card to file claims to Medicare (notice the change she said the card reads now...Medicaid to Medicare).
