Very disappointed in the lack of service from Dr Shelton and the Longstreet clinic. After driving an hour for a scheduled appointment my granddaughter was refused service for a simple yearly check up because I was not the mother of the child even though she is in my custody 5 days a week. I had never been asked before to provide any legal paperwork for service. I am listed as the caregiver at all her doctors as well as hospitals.
