Friday July 19 2025 On Friday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) said Doctor Richard Seith was taken into custody after a search warrant at his Jensen Beach residence after he was found to be a suspect in the killing of his ex-wife and Spirit Airlines flight attendant, Cynthia Seith. Seith was taken in with help from the PBSO's Tactical Unit, U.S. Marshals, and the Martin County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
