Toe surgery - Cyst on toe removed. However, union of joints w/screw failed. Left with nonunion of joints. Toe will never be right. Up until surgery, looking back, there were red flags. After surgery, doctor would not accept my.calls - told me to reach out to my PCP w/ questions? Huh? This was my first surgery ever at 53 yrs. Learning lessons from this - any future surgeries to do my homework first. Extremely rude receptionist when they hear a black person on the phone. Definitely getting a referral to somewhere else. Take your meds, Juanita.
Had foot surgery in October 2021. Dr Seiler did a wonderful job. My foot healed as planned. The scar is barely noticeable. It feels so good to walk, drive and wear shoes again without pain. Highly recommend.
