Went in with a bone spur on my achilles in February, after being on a scooter bearing no weight, to three weeks of minimal weight, and three weeks of wearing a boot I had still significant pain and could not wear a shoe. I received no physical therapy instructions and no aftercare instructions. Toe surgery - Cyst on toe removed. However, union of joints w/screw failed. Left with nonunion of joints. Toe will never be right. Up until surgery, looking back, there were red flags. After surgery, doctor would not accept my.calls - told me to reach out to my PCP w/ questions? Huh? This was my first surgery ever at 53 yrs. We were referred to Dr. Seiler for my son's foot injury. We opted for the surgery, and we were so pleased with the results. Dr. Seiler is an excellent surgeon, very personable, and the staff at Holland Foot & Ankle were always very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Seiler is professional, kind and courteous to work with (even when I laid an f-bomb on him during a toe pin removal). I highly recommend working with Dr. Seiler and team!
