Dr. Shenkelberg is a fine doctor however his receptionist is not employed or controlled by any of the doctors in that office. They are employed by the building and they are atrocious. Good luck getting paperwork or calls returned or messages to your doctors. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
