Prior to signing on with Richard Sanford my family and I came across many realtors as we toured various Open Houses. Every realtor we came across were there to, of course, make the sale or gain us as a client right off the bat. Richard was different. He taught us about the property. He asked us what we were looking for and agreed that the one he was currently showing was not the right fit. He wants to ensure his clients understand about the right furnace, enough outside grading, or even ensure the basement windows are straig... read more

Richard is an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional. I asked him questions about the Rental Market in Columbus and even though I am not currently in the market to buy a home, he took the time to answer my questions and was very patient with me. Other agents may have rushed me but Richard did not! I recommend him highly! He takes great care of his clients.
