I have been going to Dr. Swale’s for years and really like his staff however I have found him to be rude and condescending and will not be going back.
Went Swales a year and a half ago. I was out of pocket $25.00 for the eye exam, plus 35.00 for lenses, while having United health insurance. Swales received $500.00 from United health all my benefits for 2023 plus my $60.00 in cash. In March '24 I went to eye mart express with $400.00 worth of benefits for '24 and received eye exam and glasses for no out of pocket expenses. I was very impressedWith the service at Dr. Swales office...HE IS AMAZING!! His staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find the right frames and lens types for my budget...try Dr. Swales eye clinic, you will not regret it and you will walk out feeling confident and satisfied!!
The office staff here are EXCELLENT which is why I gave 2 stars. The Dr, on the other hand, is something else; he gets 0. During the exam, he cut me off while I was trying to explain what I was seeing on the chart in a very condescending manner. He then wanted to check my eye pressure manually, which I've never in my life had done, but his instrument wasn't working properly, so, third time and a recalibration being a "charm", this man poked on my eyeballs so much, they were moving around in my head because I could see differ... read more
