I had 450 dollars of coverage and was forced to still pay out of pocket. I also do not like the doctors lack of professionalism. The doctor is rude, mentions that i have dirty eyes without even asking if i have allergies. Completely disregarding patient request is not a doctor move. Do not come here!!!!
Long story short… my visit at this office is what led me to seeking out LASIK surgery. My full thoughts: I do not recommend visiting this office. Dr. Swales is rude and condescending. He didn’t seem interested in my answers to his questions, interrupted me, complained that I was too quiet and he couldn’t hear me, and he was annoyed when I suggested that maybe there was a mistake during my exam and my prescription wasn’t right. I do not recommend visiting this office. Dr. Swales is very rude and condescending. I have been going to Dr. Swale’s for years and really like his staff however I have found him to be rude and condescending and will not be going back.
