Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Was this provider's staff friendly? Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
