He was a great doctor when I saw him years ago, but now dont even look at his reviews because no one is getting in to see him!! I made an appointment with Dr. Reilly because he was my doctor when my husband was deployed and we had insurance that he excepted but when he came home it changed and I had to get a new doctor ( I did not want to change doctor's but I had to). I’ve been seeing Dr. Reilly for almost 20! Years now. (wow! time flies) I followed him to his new practice and I’m glad I did. He’s an old fashion Dr. with a great sense of humor. He actually spends the time listening to your health issues instead of trying to write a prescription and push you out the door like these new doctors.
Beware of this medical facility. I could not even get past the assistant to make an appointment as she kept asking me to call my insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield to make sure I understand my plan! I have never had such an unprofessional call like this. I will not recommend this practice to anybody, or even going to Dr. Riley Riley
Update: Still no response to all of my answering service messages from, *checks notes*, 2 months ago. After writing this review I called and got the same run around from the answering service during office hours. After two weeks, I drove to the office and got the test results I needed. As for your response to my review, I tried logging into athenahealth with every email I have. I get this message, "We’re sorry, your account is not associated with any health records.
