Update: 3 1/2 years later, perfect vision, eyes feel fantastic, no dry eyes at all. Best gift of my life! The reason I got my Lasik by Dr. Rothman was because I know 2 other people I've worked with that went to him years ago. Including someone whose opinion I trust highly. I also looked up his education and training. I am an ICU nurse, and there is no WAY i would let anyone get anywhere near my eyeballs with a laser if i didn't fully trust them. The Lasik procedure performed by Dr. Rothman's office ruined my eyes. I have unbelievably dry eyes now, my night vision is terrible, I see star bursts and halos around bright lights, and the severe floaters that appeared in my vision immediately following the surgery are getting worse and have created an uncorrectable blur in my center of vision. What's worse, my vision wasn't properly corrected and I'm still -0.50 and -1.00 in my left and right eye, so I still need glasses. After the procedure, I kept bringing these issues ... read more
