Dr Roe is awesome. I had an emergency horseshoe tear he evaluated it got me in a few hours later and took care of me. My normal eye doctor at Pacific Eye Care is Dr Kim he was out of town. Either one of these guys are amazing. I highly recommend Pacific Eye Care not only are the doctors great there but the staff is very professional and on top of it. Thank you Dr Roe for taking care of me!
The doctor Richard Roe is professional and very brilliant eye doctor, I was so scared for being my first time and I felted comfortable with him and they don't take long to call you in, the nurses are very kind and very supportive with patients, I was surprised that they are Doctors and places like them, I would referral to anyone to Dr. Rafael Roe
