Richard has been the BEST agent we have had, ever! I came in from out of town and knew very little about the area. Richard cleared his schedule to show me around, teach me about the area and give me the "white glove" treatment. He has continued to be there for me and my family. There are not any other realtors I would consider using!
Rich has continually proven to exceed all the expectations that have been made for him. In fact, he's on multiple occasions surprised us with developments that far surpassed any that we had anticipated. He has therefore provided various working examples of his chosen field of endeavor. Richard Rochau is top of the line, learned pretty quick that he cares. We met in October of 2022 and answers my calls since. My pregnant wife and I moved across country per my orders in San Diego. Being that I am in the Navy posted out here for Coronado, he was working with us about 4 months before we got there.
