Dr Roberts and his staff are wonderful. The customer service from check in, medical assistants, X-ray staff, to check out is outstanding. Debbie up front was especially helpful on the phone today. I love when they say hi to you when you get there. They are very welcoming. I definitely recommend this orthopedic office.
Dr. Roberts was thorough and provided great information which will help me in managing my scoliosis moving forward. He provided time to talk through my questions and better understand how spinal surgery has changed since I was diagnosed decades ago. I also appreciated that he did not push for surgery and encouraged me in lifestyle adaptations and to assess what I could manage before pursuing a fusion. This alone gives me great confidence that I've found the right surgeon when/if the time comes. Thank you, Dr. Roberts!
Dr. Roberts evaluated both of my teenagers for emerging scoliosis, which was amazing, given that most spinal specialists willing to see minors are out of town. He carefully reviewed their x-rays and gave honest and individualized assessments. He didn't push for unnecessary interventions, which I appreciated - only what they actually need at this time - as well as plans for monitoring going forward as they grow.
Refused to take new x-rays of my spine that havnt been taken in years, and said I had normal spacing in my neck and upper back. When the previous dr.walker said I had a back of a 70 year old. I have bone spurs and stage 3 osteoarthritis and bulged and herniated disks. He then also said to take my chiropractors review of my x-rays like a grain of salt. Very rude. Also did not continue the treatment plan Dr. Walker was doing. Made me feel very invalidated.
