My family and I were extremely happy with Richard’s services when he helped us to sell my dad’s house. It was all done by phone and text and email from Ottawa. My dad was not realistic but Richard was respectful, kind and patient and very very persistent. He got the job done and we were more than pleased. Thanks Richard, from the bottom of our hearts!

Richard was very attentive to our needs when both selling my existing home in Dalmeny and finding us a new house in Saskatoon. Quick timing was needed and he was able to find us a great home in our price range and timing. Highly recommend for both selling your home or buying one.

We met Richard at an open house we were perusing, and when we contacted him out of the blue needing a realtor, he was more than happy to help. Richard went above and beyond, responding and getting us into listings incredibly fast, making sure we had all the information we needed, and used his knowledge to spot potential problems before we ran into them. If we sell our house and look to buy again, we'll use Richard for both without a hesitation.
