Dr Rainey and his staff are top notch!! The absolute best in my opinion !! I highly recommend Dr Rainey if you are in search of an Orthopedic Doctor!
Everyone was very professional and great. The only thing I did not like was the phone system that had the AI thing that took your message and I did not like that thing because I did not get to talk to anyone but other than that everyone else was great love them to death. Great place to go to have anything done if you needed any Orthopedic stuff done they’re great Dr. Rainey was great. His nurse was great. I had no problem with any of those I love them to death.
After a bad accident with massive damage to my shoulder and bicep we were recommended to Specialty Orthopedic Group. I've had nothing but a positive experience from S.O.G., Dr.Rainey and his staff were professional, personal, and friendly. Everything was explained in ways I fully understood. PS, they have free coffee from a really nice coffee machine in the waiting area.
