If I could get negative stars, I would! My children had been going to Dr. Perez for years. I tried and tried to get a referral to get my son test for autism. Instead of giving a referral, he’d simply disagree then yell at my son for walking on his toes. Eventually after years of begging, he told me he’d give him a referral if I went to the school board first. My daughter (8) had a terrible experience. He called her a liar to her face and raised his voice when I told him I’d have to go to another doctor if he was refusing her the care she needed (a simple xray covered by her insurance). He yelled “are you calling me a liar” after I told him him that it wasn’t an adequate diagnosis to poke her shoulders and see if she winces or not (imagine a doctor finding this sufficient). If I could give zero stars I would. This guy books so many patients expect to always wait 30+ minutes. Unprofessional and slow as molasses in January.
Dr Richard Perez is a very wise man. And an amazing pediatrician/doctor/person As a mother just want to tell all others Dr Perez will point a sickness right what it is, I feel so relieved after having an appointment with son on 07/22/2026 Just want to say my 2 other older boys who are 19 and 18 years old now were visiting Dr Perez since they were little I am very appreciative for Dr Perez Thank you for everything you do!!!
