Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I would say you could trust Dr. Perello to do the best job for your needs: He is 100% painless, his technical skill's in dentistry are outstanding. I think the most important thing when you go to a dentist is trust; and Dr. Perello is trust-worthy; he will never try and sell you something you don't need. Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was the dental equipment clean? Yes
