The majority of the staff at Carolina Ob/Gyn are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I would stay away from them if possible. Not all of the staff is bad, but the majority is. I don't think I have ever had to go there and not wait. I go there for convenience because it is close to home. It ends up taking me longer to have an appointment and go there, then if i were to schedule in say Greenville and have a normal weight time. I have had a delivery there before and will have to really consider my options when it comes to next time.
These are quite possibly the rudest doctors in Spartanburg. The entire staff has a bad attitude. I would suggest any other ob before coming here.
Please find your self a better doctor. I turned in paper work to get my child into this Dr. and they kept giving me the run around while the rest of my family has been getting seen after a year they finally called and said that she missed an appointment 2 years ago... They are terrible.....

My health care has been in the hands of FCFM for almost 10 years. I find the entire staff pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. There was even a time, prior to my medigap policy, that I did not have my copay and they offered to bill me for it. I took in cash the next day. Most of my dealings have been with Dr. Dickson. I have to say ever time I go in I am always welcome with a smile and a how you are doing?! Both Nurses and Doctors are friendly, caring and understandable I really enjoy taking my family there!
I have received nothing but excellent care at this facility. My visits have not been time consuming like many other doctor visits elsewhere. The office staff has been very curtious and helpful. I've only seen Dr. Bennett and he is an excellent doctor.
