If you want a super fancy dentists office w/tons of staff to wait on you - move on. If you want one on one, small town feel, and don't mind holding the suction tool, Dr. Norris is for you. I wouldn't consider anyone else. My dental network unfortunately doesn't cover him, but I still won't go to anyone else...
