Richard has been helping me with our properties since 2008. l trust him implicitly. He is fair, honest and stands behind his work. He never takes on more than he can handle and he takes pride in his work. If something needs to be corrected, he will come out and fix it no problem. He is very knowledgeable and will try to solve the issues not just cover it up. He explains everything he's going to do and helps you figure out what the best way of going about things is. He's an excellent painter and he has a good eye for color.
We never expected painting our 2-unit Edwardian would be as simple as it was. From the initial meeting with Jeff Johnston, one of the principals, for the estimate to Rick Kennan, project manager, executing the project with his team, everything was seamless. Richard has been excellent with all of the jobs I’ve requested! He is flexible with scheduling. We have gotten many compliments on the additions he helped us install to our home.
Call this handyman on Saturday he agreed to come to my house on Monday at 6. My husband and I was aware that he was 3 weeks behind. We still needed him to come out anyway to look at our issues. At 5:30 pm.he called me and said he will not be able to come out to the house. He told me he was going on vacation and is backed up. When I called him Saturday he should of never agreed to come to the house Monday.
Richard is an excellent handyman. I would highly recommend him!
